MORE CHALK PAINT GOODNESS!

Hi all! I’ve been extremely busy around these parts, but I did manage to makeover a dresser that I picked up a few weeks ago.  I also picked up some more chalk paint in the color “Provence”!

Wouldn’t she be perfect for a buffet holding cupcakes? Or even your wedding cakes and vintage mix match plates? Or even for a backyard dinner!  She is being adding to my inventory that is for rent.

FYI, Provence is not bright like shown in the pictures above… Its more like this

JUMPING ON THE BANDWAGON

Everyone has tried the Annie Sloan chalk paint except me!  I have been intrigued by its promises ever since Miss Mustard Seed blogged about it a few months back.

Last week I found the perfect piece to use the paint on

 

I originally thought pink would be a really great choice for this desk, but since I’m using the chalk paint, I decided to purchase Henrietta!

It’s said to be a beautiful lavender with pink undertones… Sounds good to me!

I think it will be perfect on my desk and hopefully for a wedding this summer!

 

Have you tried chalk paint?!
